Free Wills to support Macmillan
SWLaw Solicitors Ltd are getting the coffee cups filled to launch a Free Wills month for Macmillan Cancer Support this September as part of the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’.
The firm is inviting people to join them for coffee and cake and to meet the team at their offices on Friday 14th September from 10am – 12 to launch this partnership.
The promotion runs throughout the month of September and the firm will draw up a free standard will for anyone that contacts them quoting ‘Macmillan’. All the firm asks is that people make a minimum suggested donation of £50 to Macmillan Cancer Support in return.
Mandy Lilley at SWLaw said ‘We are delighted to be supporting such a worthy cause and making a difference to people in the local community affected by cancer. It’s so important to put plans in place to look after your loved ones to ensure that your wishes are fulfilled.
It is easy for people to get their free standard Will; they can either email email@example.com or call 01752 205202 and quote ‘Macmillan’. Our offices are easily accessible from the A38 with free parking. If anyone has mobility issues we can also visit them in their homes.’
Local Fundraiser for Macmillan Sian Harris said ‘It is great to have support from local companies such as SWLaw Solicitors. This is a great opportunity for people to visit this friendly firm, sort out a Will and support a local Cancer charity. A donation of £50 is the equivalent of two hours of care and support from a Macmillan Nurse. So everyone that signs up to use this free service will be making a difference’.
Sian went on to say ‘September is the month where thousands of people across Devon and Cornwall will be hosting a ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’. We are urging communities across Devon and Cornwall to support their nearest coffee morning to raise vital funds to ensure we can continue helping people affected by cancer. This Wills promotion is another great way to support Macmillan.’
