Sam joined SW Law & Finance in August 2023 as a Legal Administrator, after enjoying a ‘taster’ by way of a week’s work experience. He worked in the office in his ‘gap-years’, following the completion of his A-levels. He has since embarked upon his undergraduate Law degree, and returns to the office in his holidays, balancing work with studies. He hopes to graduate in 2027, after finishing his 3 years of study and exams. Sam assists fee-earners across the full range of legal departments in the firm, and is regularly a first-point of contact for clients contacting the office.
Away from his desk in the office, Sam can almost certainly be found at a different desk, or local coffee shop, with his laptop and textbooks open and a more-than-likely puzzled look on his face. In the rare-moments in which he is not working or studying, Sam enjoys letting off steam playing football, watching live music, and by enjoying the local beauty that the South-West has to offer whilst walking with his black Labrador.
He tries to engage in the local community where he can, and is proud to support his local social enterprise brewery – Ivybridge Brewing Co. – both behind, and in front of, the bar.
